Gathering of Eusoff Leaders (GEL)

The Gathering of Eusoff Leaders Camp (GEL) is a key annual event that aims to focus on cultivating leadership skills among our Eusoff leaders. The Eusoff GEL Camp for Academic Year 2025/2026 was held at the Harris Batam Center in Batam, Indonesia from 22 August to 24 August 2025.

This retreat brings together leaders from various CCAs to explore effective leadership strategies and forge strong connections. Over the course of the camp, our leaders engaged in interactive sessions such as the decision-making framework workshop conducted by our Master and Resident Fellows. Furthermore, some scenario-based discussions addressing hall-related issues were also featured in this camp. This paved way for open dialogue on diverse topics facilitating a valuable exchange of perspectives among the student leaders. Ultimately, the camp hoped to foster a unified vision among the diverse CCA groups. By the end of GEL Camp, our leaders not only gained valuable insights into leadership practices but also strengthened their connections with peers, ensuring a collaborative and motivated leadership team for the year ahead.
